Return Policy for Custom Digital Items

AB Designari LLC is committed to providing high-quality digital deliverables tailored to meet the specific needs and requirements of each client and property. Due to the nature of custom digital products, our return policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity for both parties.

1. Scope of the Policy

This policy applies to all custom digital items provided by AB Designari LLC, including but not limited to architectural drawings, 3D renderings, zoning analyses, and design concepts, which are tailored specifically for individual properties and client specifications.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Given the customized nature of our digital products, all sales are final, and the following items are considered non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom architectural drawings and design files.

  • Digital visualizations, renderings, and animations.

  • Zoning analyses or feasibility studies.

  • Revit or AutoCAD files tailored to a specific property or client requirements.

3. Revision Policy

Clients are entitled to a set number of revisions based on the terms outlined in the initial service agreement or contract. The scope of revisions may include minor adjustments or corrections that do not significantly alter the original deliverable. If the client requires additional revisions outside the agreed scope, these will be billed separately at our standard hourly rate.

4. Error Resolution

If there is a verifiable error in the digital deliverable that deviates from the agreed specifications or scope of work, AB Designari LLC will rectify the issue at no additional cost. The client must notify us in writing within 10 business days of delivery for any corrections to be made.

5. Cancellation Policy

Due to the time and resources invested in creating custom digital products:

  • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order or signing a contract. Any work completed within this period will be billed at the standard hourly rate.

  • For cancellations requested after work has commenced, the client will be responsible for covering any costs incurred up to the cancellation date, including a minimum of 50% of the total project fee.

6. Ownership and Usage

All digital items created by AB Designari LLC, including architectural drawings, renderings, and design concepts, remain the intellectual property of AB Designari LLC even after full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, the client is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the specific project and property as outlined in the contract.

  • The client may not reproduce, distribute, or modify these items for use on other projects or properties without prior written consent from AB Designari LLC.

  • Any unauthorized use of these digital items beyond the scope of the initial agreement will be subject to additional licensing fees or legal action.

7. Dispute Resolution

If a client believes that a digital deliverable does not meet the agreed specifications or expectations, they must contact AB Designari LLC in writing within 10 business days of delivery. We will make every effort to resolve the issue through revisions, if applicable. Should a dispute remain unresolved, both parties agree to engage in mediation prior to pursuing further legal action.
